The San Diego Padres Baseball Franchise and the Minnesota Twins Baseball Franchise have agreed to the following trade:
Aramis Ramirez 11: 14.6 M 12: 16 M CO, Doug Fister PP1, Twins 2nd round pick and Padres 2nd round pick and Padres 4th round pick and Tigers 4th round pick and 7.3 M in 2011 (50% of Aramis' 2011 salary)

Daniel Murphy PP1, Denard Span PP3, Ronny Paulino PP5, Ernesto Frieri .2 MINORS, Francisco Liriano PP4, Oswaldo Arcia .2 MINORS, Joe Benson .2 MINORS and Alex Wimmers .2 MINORS
