In order for an International Player to be eligible for UFA first they must have signed a MLB contract not a minor league deal and they also must be listed in this thread for all owners to see what Internationals are available. If they signed a Minor Contract they will not be eligible for UFA they will be available in our annual amateur draft held sometime after deadline for signing in real life has passed. A thread will be created for them later.
