The rule is that current year draft class will need to be on owners rosters by the beginning of the following season or they are fair game. With the exception of those who are not in fantrax system. All owners need to have their draft picks listed on their main rosters or on a minor league roster

24 hours per pick?

I made it 12 hours for the first round. More than likely 8 or even 6 hours for the 2nd... when we get rolling I will lower it more and even put 2 OTC at the same time.
