This is the deal Tom accepted...just reworded.
It is actually slightly higher $ amount than the other one. Tom gets an extra $125 dollars.
Tom agreed to the deal and changed it later to "I don't want this deal" which is not done here. Once a deal is accepted the process begins.. you cannot back out.
He accepted it and it stands.
