since we have had some owners take rules to the extreme with trading cap we will be limiting the amount of cap to be traded to half of a players current salary if there has been any trade proccessed exceeding this amount it will be brought down to half to comply with this rule if there are any current pending trades breaking this rule it will not be proccessed so i suggest going back and reworking it thankyou
also if you are gonna be paying for a certain amount of a guys salary for multiple years it will be the same amount each year if teams agree to pay for 3 million of a guys salary for 3 years they pay the 3 million each year not all at once of different amount each year keeps things less confusing
