Ben, your offer is illegal again. From the rules:
"Conversely, a contract offer of 1 year shorter and a 25% increase in annualized salary will trump the previous offer. A contract offer of 2 years shorter and a 75% increase in annualized salary will trump the previous offer. Club options do not count towards deciding the winner in free agency bidding in any way. They are not used in calculating annualized salary or counted as an extra year in the contract."
Your offer is 2 years shorter, but it is not a 75% increase in average annual salary. Therefore, Liz's salary stands.
