As of today jan 1st the following teams are open the owners have until jan 7th to check in to keep ownership of there teams.after that teams will be open for the taken.
Toronto Blue Jays
Cleavland Indians
Chicago White Sox
Minnesota Twins
Miami marlins
Pittsburg Pirates
