Here are the winning bids the the the restricting team will have 48 hours to announce if they will be matching or not matching the winning bid. if 48 hours pass the winning bid will get the player. Once the bid is matched or not matched the team that wins the player will have to announce the contract break down if not sure check the rules on how you can break down the contract.

Contract Construction: To keep teams from front-loading or back-loading contracts, in any contract submitted, the highest salary year can only be 20% more than the contracts yearly average, and the minimum salary can only be 20% less than the contracts yearly average. If a contract does not meet these guidelines, the bid will not count. Teams may place a club option on the end of any contract, but will not be counted toward avg. yearly salary, must be 20% higher than highest yearly salary in contract.

For RFA this is done once the bid is actually won by the highest bidder. That means the team holding the rights of the player declines to match the bid, or 48 hours passes.

What is the time for the deadline? And date so it is Wed at what time?? Most were announced like 1-2pm CST Monday so is the deadline like 2pm EST Wed?

Per Dennis (please confirm) that contract construction must be posted within 24 hours of RFA decision. If not declared, straight line contract is automatically assigned.
