This is where you post ideas for changes you would like to see. We might use some of them or modify ideas a bit. Many of you have great ideas that we have used in the past so feel free to add things. No bitching here lol

deadlines set in stone. too many times deadlines are set a week beforehand. there's no reason it cant be mapped out for the whole year, applying to all future years.

Trying to get that done now with this. Once we get this figured out I will add a board that shows a deadline schedule for the whole year.

We have 30 man rosters now. I see no reason to enlarge the rosters.

We have 30 man rosters now. I see no reason to enlarge the rosters. I just fill like there is a lot of good players on the WW which shouldn't be there in a league like this. And by enlarged I mean more starters along with deeper benches

there's not many MLB players out there. we generally have at least 25MLBers x 20teams = 500. Plus Minors of a max of 40x20 = 800. So 1300 players potentially rostered. Agree with Richie

Re: starting positions.. I think most of us struggle to fill the existing spots with quality, especially after injuries.

There are at least 8 players on WW that are worth a pickup. In this kind of league, it's suppose to be hard to fill rosters. Y'all cut down by 10 teams but don't increase starters?
In my other league like this, we have all 30 teams, talk about hard to fill a roster. But that's what leagues like this are suppose to be like. Like the real MLB

This conversation just started the other day. We will take input and then look at making adjustments but can't do it this season. Teams have already planned their strategy for this year.

I think we need to do something about the club options, we need some type of restriction on them, either by the years or up the amount to over 20%. Because people are throwing 3-4 Club Options on the end of a one year deal which seems pretty ridiculous to me. Most options are for one year, two at the most usually.
Just seems a little absurd

100% agree. I think the solution is 1 CO option available per year guaranteed with a max of 2 CO years since you can't contract for more than 5 at any time.

Yea max should be 2. I say 1 CO for 1 year deals. And a max of 2 CO for multi year deals

We should do something about the CO... Good idea Chris. Will get with Richie on it and come up with a plan.
